Analyst - Private Equity Real Estate

We are working with a well-established, privately backed real estate investment platform to appoint an Analyst in Singapore. The firm operates with a lean, entrepreneurial structure and invests across opportunistic and value-add strategies in Asia-Pacific, with a strong emphasis on direct deal execution and asset-level value creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the evaluation and execution of real estate investments across APAC
• Build and maintain detailed financial models (acquisition, development, and asset management)
• Conduct market research, underwriting, and due diligence on potential opportunities
• Assist with investment committee materials and internal reporting
• Work closely with asset management teams on portfolio performance and strategy

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in real estate investment
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skillset
• Demonstrated interest in real estate markets across Asia-Pacific
• High level of initiative, attention to detail, and ability to work in a lean team environment
• Currently based in Singapore with full working rights (no visa sponsorship available)
