Admin & Office Manager – Single Family Office

About our client

A newly established Singapore-based family office is looking for a resourceful, discreet, and proactive Admin & Office Manager to support its principal and family members. This is a high-trust, ground-floor opportunity — the role will start lean and grow into broader family office coordination and operations responsibilities over time.

What you'll do

• Handle office admin & ops: entity incorporation coordination, document filing, expense tracking, vendor liaison
• Manage calendars, scheduling, and reminders across personal and professional domains
• Coordinate household logistics, errands, service providers, and property matters
• Arrange travel itineraries with contingency planning
• Provide day-to-day personal support and family-related coordination
• Support planning and execution of corporate meetings and small-scale events

Who you are

• Bachelor's degree or above, any discipline
• Prior experience supporting a HNW individual, family, or senior executive in a blended personal/admin capacity
• Highly organized, discreet, adaptable — strong follow-through under ambiguity
• Digitally fluent (AI tools, calendar systems, messaging, travel apps, task platforms)
• Genuine long-term interest in building a career in the family office industry
