Property Manager (Commercial and Retail)

As the portfolio grows, the property management function is evolving — splitting technical and relationship ownership so each can go deeper. This role is the relationship side of that equation: the face tenants know, trust, and turn to throughout their journey in the building. Key Responsibilities

• Be the tenant's go-to person — Own the day-to-day relationship with tenants across the portfolio, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advocate within the company.
• Guide tenants through reinstatement — Manage the reinstatement process end-to-end, working closely with outgoing tenants to ensure smooth, timely and compliant handovers.
• Champion the tenant experience — Proactively check in with tenants, resolve issues and concerns before they escalate, and ensure a consistently positive experience throughout their tenancy.
• Bridge tenants and technical teams — Liaise closely with the technical/M&E property management team to ensure tenant needs are understood, prioritised and resolved efficiently.
• Support retention and renewals — Build relationships strong enough to drive lease renewals and referrals, feeding insights back to Leasing and Asset Management on tenant sentiment and needs.

Key Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Building Management, Business or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in property management, tenant relations, or a customer-facing role within real estate.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine ability to build trust and rapport with people from all walks of life.
• Familiarity with tenancy agreements, reinstatement processes and property management workflows is a strong advantage.
• A proactive, hands-on problem-solver who's organised, responsive, and thrives on being the person tenants can count on.
