Your role is to serve as the anchor for a team of 4 to 6 stakeholders (corporate / finance / regulatory / disputes resolution). Beyond daily administrative support, you will manage crucial operations, including document preparation, diary and travel coordination, and client communication. You'll also be instrumental in file management and the billing process.

skills and experience required

We are seeking a seasoned and proactive professional with at least 5 years of legal secretarial experience from a reputable law firm. You should have prior experience supporting legal professionals at various levels of seniority and possess excellent command of both written and spoken English.
