■ Responsibilities and Duties

---

• Manage day-to-day Front of House and Bar operations, ensuring excellence in service standards and customer satisfaction.
• Lead recruitment, training, performance management, and staff grooming to maintain professional standards.
• Oversee duty rosters, inventory control, and order submissions, minimizing shrinkage and wastage.
• Drive new ideas and business opportunities for the café and bar, enhancing revenue streams.
• Oversee Avenue On 3’s F&B product offerings (e.g., Avenue On 3 Coffee, Macaroons, Mooncakes), ensuring adequate stock levels and smooth customer deliveries.
• Enhance sales and distribution of specialty items, optimizing market presence.
• Develop and execute branded events that reflect Avenue On 3 positively, collaborating with third parties and internal marketing teams.
• Ensure proper event inventory management to avoid overstocking while meeting operational needs.
• Collaborate closely with Marcom to conceptualize and implement impactful promotions and activities.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the company.

■ Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in F&B management and/or event management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and client management abilities.
• Proven track record in budget management, cost control, and achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
