Position: Country Manager, Indonesia — KuyBeli

Reporting Line: Head of International Business Unit, Zhidemai Technology

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia

Role Description

I. Business Context

KuyBeli is Zhidemai Technology's localized consumer content platform in Indonesia（https://www.kuybeli.com/）, officially launched in September 2025. It operates under a co-investment and self-operated model between Zhidemai and local partners. The parent company, Beijing Zhidemai Technology Co., Ltd.（300785.SZ）, is well-capitalized and requires no external financing, ensuring long-term strategic commitment.

Indonesia is positioned as the gateway market for Zhidemai's SEA expansion—its success will validate the feasibility of the "Zhidemai model" in Southeast Asia and pave the way for replication through local partnerships in other countries.

KuyBeli is currently in the cold-start phase and urgently needs a Country Manager to lead the Indonesia team from 0 to 1 through PMF validation, localized operational system building, and commercialization execution.

II. Expected Outcomes & KPIs

Within 4 Weeks

• Complete competitive landscape and user needs assessment; identify core entry points for the cold-start phase
• Engage at least 10 KOLs / brands / affiliates to establish initial partnership意向

Within 3 Months

• Complete PMF（Product-Market Fit）validation; define content direction and user growth model
• Build the core Indonesia team (key roles in content operations and BD onboarded）
• Launch KuyBeli ARR（Annual Recurring Revenue）growth initiatives

Ongoing Deliverables

• Produce weekly/monthly full-funnel P&L reports with cross-country comparative analysis
• Continuously refine the Indonesia localized operational system to inform subsequent market entries

• Product card volume & CTR
• First commercial transaction closure

• Local resource network density
• Quality and efficiency of AIGC platform integration

III. Key Responsibilities

• Full-Funnel P&L Ownership: Assume full accountability for KuyBeli Indonesia's P&L across content, traffic, commercialization, and user retention.
• Local Business Development: Lead the end-to-end onboarding and management of KOLs, brands, and affiliate partners in Indonesia.
• AIGC Content Platform Coordination: Collaborate with the AIGC platform team to ensure Bahasa Indonesia content quality, cultural relevance, and production cadence.
• Cross-Border KPI Alignment & Model Codification: Align KPIs with B1/B2 teams and systematically codify learnings as the first "Zhidemai model" overseas implementation case.
• Local Team Building & Compliance Coordination: Recruit, train, and manage the Indonesia team; coordinate local compliance, tax, and office administration.

IV. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consumer content, e-commerce, shopping guides, or social media in Indonesia or Southeast Asia.
• Indonesian local, native Bahasa Indonesian speaker with fluent English; Mandarin as a working language is a plus.
• Proven track record of 0→1 country-level business ownership with independent P&L management responsibility.
• Strong commercial acumen and a verifiable local network of KOL / brand / affiliate resources in Indonesia.
• In-depth knowledge of Indonesia's local payment landscape（OVO / GoPay / DANA）, e-commerce platforms（Shopee / Tokopedia / Lazada / TikTok Shop）, and regulatory environment.

V. Plus

• Experience with Zhidemai / Smzdm or similar shopping guide platforms
• AI-motivated, with the ability to integrate AIGC tools into daily operations
• Direct relationships with 1-2 top-tier brands or top KOLs in Indonesia
