HR Management
- Collaborate with the Chief Executive Officer and management team on all HR-related matters
- Develop and amend HR policies and processes to ensure compliance with local regulations and the Monetary Authority of Singapore
- Design and implement robust compensation and benefits (C&B) structures, manage annual performance appraisals, salary reviews, and bonus allocation plans
- Oversee the preparation, allocation, and tracking of the annual HR budget
- Work seamlessly with the regional office in Hong Kong to handle HR matters, including expatriate secondments and mobility assignments to Singapore
- Review and approve monthly payroll and tax filings for staff
- Manage corporate training programs and training budgets
Administrative Management
- Lead and optimize daily administrative operations to ensure an efficient, safe, and professional work environment
- Draft, review, and standardize internal administrative regulations, official policies, and critical corporate documentation
- Organize and execute Board of Directors meetings, including agenda setting, preparation of board papers, drafting resolutions, and taking meeting minutes, while providing continuous administrative support to the Board
- Plan, monitor, and control the annual budget for the Office Administration team
- Liaise with government sectors, associations, and coordinate interdepartmental communication
- Connect with the China Enterprises Association Singapore and assist the marketing team inorganizing activities to strengthen relationships with local enterprises
Event and Recreation Management
- Lead the Employee Recreation Committee to plan, execute, and oversee corporate events, teambuilding activities, and wellness programs that promote a strong, collaborative corporate culture
Strategic and Brand Management
- Participate in company strategic planning and oversee corporate-level branding and communication
- Manage the implementation of corporate branding and publicity efforts, including liaising with external media partners
- Develop and maintain reputation management protocols
- Supervise and advise internal departments on the alignment and execution of marketing strategies
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (an MBA is highly regarded)
- Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in HR and Corporate Administration, with at least 5+ years in a senior management/department head capacity
- Prior experience in financial institutions (FIs), cross-border enterprises, or regional headquarters in Singapore with Asia-Pacific exposure is strongly preferred
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) is essential, as the role requires daily communication, contract/document review, and reporting to key regional stakeholders and parent companies in Hong Kong and Mainland China
- Exceptional team leadership skills with a proven track record of driving cross-functional alignment and managing multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong multi-tasking capabilities and problem-solving skills
