Junior Data Analyst, Data Office HZTS

Assist in the preparation, validation and consolidation of data for reporting and analytics purposes, as well as in the audit and analysis of division's performance data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.

Organise datasets and conduct ad-hoc audit checks to ensure data integrity, consistency and compliance with established standards.

Develop dashboards and trackers to monitor overall performance achievements and incident rates.

Manage office administration such as coordination of team meetings, project tracking and documentations and tracking of Division's IT assets and stationaries where applicable.

Participate and support in ad-hoc new projects.

Requirements

Diploma in Business Analytics, Statistics, or related fields.

Experienced with Tableau, PowerBI and SQL

Prior experience in data-related roles will be advantageous
