Financial and Accounting Assistant (ZA Insure 12-month Contract) (A30710)

Responsibilities

• Review reimbursement and book related journal entries
• Assist in month-end closing, including investment accounting, prepare accounting vouchers and schedules and bank reconciliation
• Assist in finance operation, business data and financial data reconciliations and analysis
• Maintain cash flow record and daily bank balances
• Other ad hoc project and tasks assigned by department head

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance disciplines
• With 1-3 years experiences or above accounting experience in insurance company, asset management company or external auditing experiences in financial institutions
• Knowledge with IFRS 9 is preferred
• Professional CPA qualification will be an advantage
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills, able to work under pressure and a good team player
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Knowledge and skills in Microsoft word and excel
