Recruiter (APAC / Global)

What you'll be doing

Serve as a Key Advisor and Subject Matter Expert: Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and hiring managers in global hirings, providing expertise on the talent market and recruitment strategies.

Drive End-to-End Recruitment: Own the full recruitment lifecycle, including job requisition, sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding, while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Build and Maintain Talent Pipelines: Proactively source and engage passive candidates across online platforms, social media, professional networks, and other channels to develop strong talent pipelines for the hirings.

Promote Employer Branding: Drive internal and external promotion of the Employer Brand and the Employee Referral Program, effectively communicating vacancies across APAC through various recruitment channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and agencies.

Leverage Data and Tools: Keep monitoring hiring statuses, maintain databases, generate reports, and support a fast, efficient, and data-driven hiring process.

Stay Informed and Strategic: Conduct market mapping, provide industry insights to hiring managers, and stay up-to-date with industry trends, particularly in the Web3 space, to inform recruitment strategies and decision-making.

What we look for in you

Bachelor's degree in any discipline

3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably with experience multinational / global hirings

Experience in working at Web3 industry will be a plus

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

Strong analytical skills to evaluate key hiring metrics, proposing actionable solutions to enhance the candidate experience and improve pipeline quality

Proficiency in both English and Mandarin
