This prestigious international organisation is looking for professionals with expertise System Administration in Microsoft Modern Workplace to join its global, fast‑paced Infrastructure Team.

Your new role

This role is part of the regional technology function and is responsible for managing and improving Modern Workplace services across the organisation.

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and related collaboration platforms.
• Manage Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Manager environments for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
• Support and administer Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Multifactor Authentication (MFA), and Identity Management solutions.
• Implement and maintain endpoint security technologies including Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE), device compliance policies, and security baselines.
• Support Windows 10/11 deployment, patch management, endpoint configuration, and lifecycle management activities.
• Deliver and support Modern Workplace initiatives including M365 migrations, Intune deployments, Windows upgrades, and endpoint transformation projects.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Microsoft 365, identity, endpoint, and collaboration platform issues.
• Work closely with Infrastructure, Security, and Network teams on enterprise technology initiatives and platform improvements.
• Participate in vendor management activities and support service delivery performance where required.
• Support modern AI workplace technologies including Microsoft Copilot and related productivity platforms.
• Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and platform standards.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of experience within Systems Administration, Infrastructure Engineering, End User Computing (EUC), or Modern Workplace environments.
• Strong hands-on experience across Microsoft technologies including Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), Teams, SharePoint Online, Windows 10/11, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE), and PowerShell.
• Solid understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Windows Server administration, and modern endpoint management practices.
• Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows 11, endpoint management, migration, or workplace transformation initiatives within enterprise environments.
• Experience with Device Management, MDM/MAM, Conditional Access, Endpoint Security, and Microsoft security best practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with Infrastructure, Security, and Operations teams.
• Exposure to Cybersecurity or Security Operations would be advantageous, including working alongside Blue Teams to investigate, remediate, and support vulnerabilities, endpoint security findings, compliance issues, and security improvement initiatives.
• Experience with SCCM/MECM, Autopilot, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Power Platform, Power Automate, Graph API, Microsoft Copilot, or AI workplace solutions would be highly regarded.
