IT System Administrator

Job Responsibility

Responsible for overall IT infrastructure management, security & services from design, configuration, implementation, operation to maintenance;

Evaluate organization outcomes; identify and resolve problems related to network infrastructure, hardware components, operating systems;

Implement disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures;

Understand the current data management system and provide streamline solution for system upgrade and optimization.

Help to establish and maintain ISO27001 policies and procedures for Infrastructure and Operations.

Provide helpdesk support services and training to the end user.

Negotiate with external vendors and contractors for infrastructure-specific products and services.

Knowledge and Requirements

High Diploma or above in a computer-related subject;

Minimum 5-year of experience in IT infrastructure planning, implementation, operation;

Working experience in WAN/LAN, Firewalls, DNS, DHCP, SAN, NAS Storage and TCP/IP.

Hands-on experience with Windows Servers, Linux, Virtualization technologies (VMWare, Docker), Databases (Oracle, MSsql, Mysql), Azure and AWS Cloud platform.

Knowledge in programming languages such as java, python, php.

Have experiences in handling IT infrastructure projects with internal teams and external vendors or partners;

Strong problem solving, root cause analysis techniques, and able to work independently.

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Holder of MCSE, CISSP is a plus
