The Mandarin Oriental Corporate Office is currently seeking to appoint a Enterprise Solutions Architect. This is a Director-level role and will be a strategic technology leader responsible for defining and governing the enterprise and solution architecture across Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group.

This role ensures that technology solutions are aligned with business objectives, scalable, secure, and seamlessly integrated across the organization. In addition to enterprise architecture leadership, the role is hands-on in solution and integration architecture: designing, delivering, and optimizing technology solutions that span applications, data, and infrastructure.

This role requires a rare blend of strategic architecture and hands-on delivery skills.

The Solutions Architect also provides proactive problem-solving, analytical, and engineering support to internal teams and partners, identifying architectural gaps and proposing future-resilient solutions. The role is responsible for ongoing architectural evaluation and gap analysis across all major business systems, including cloud and on-premises environments.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in enterprise architecture, solution design, systems integration, and stakeholder engagement, driving innovation and operational excellence through robust architectural frameworks and advanced AI technologies.

A key aspect of this role is close collaboration with Business Solution Leads (BSLs), application managers embedded within business functions, and Technical Application Leads (TALs)—their IT counterparts. Together, they will translate business needs into integrated technology solutions that support both operational and strategic goals.
