Part-time Telemarketing Executive

Responsibilities

To achieve business goals and objectives, conduct outbound telemarketing activities of Card Loan / Personal Loan products to customers

Cross-sell other Banking products and services when needed

Conduct outbound call make to existing base customers and referral basis

Answer customers’ enquires in a timely and professional manner

Provide accurate information to potential and existing customers

Process all customers’ phone instructions strictly in adherence to Bank Policies and Procedures

Requirements

Form 5 or DSE Graduates with relevant working experience will also be considered

1 year experience preferable but not essential

Understand relevant policies and procedures of the Bank as well as regulatory requirements

Able to communicate in English and Mandarin

Good PC knowledge

English and Chinese typing

Preferable with telemarketing experience

Strong commitment in delivering customer service

Good team player with excellent communication & presentation skill
