Key Account Manager - Logistics/ 3PL

A leading logistics provider seeks a Key Account Manager in Hong Kong to manage strategic corporate accounts, deliver tailored 3PL solutions, and drive customer growth through strong client partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow corporate accounts through strategic client relationships and tailored logistics solutions
• Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets and identifying new business opportunities
• Develop account strategies aligned with customer goals and long-term commercial objectives
• Manage key sales leads and opportunities to secure new business and expand account value
• Deliver high-quality customer service by resolving enquiries and maintaining stakeholder engagement
• Strengthen partnerships through contract renewals and mutually beneficial commercial agreements

Candidate profile

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines
• 3+ years’ experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or 3PL, with key account management experience preferred
• Strong written and spoken English and Chinese communication skills
• Customer-focused professional with strong relationship management and interpersonal skills
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for an Assistant Manager opportunity
