As part of our next phase of growth, RealVantage has expanded into Hong Kong, where we are establishing the city's first digital real estate co-investment platform.

Subject to obtaining our SFC Type 1 (Dealing in Securities) Licence, we will provide professional investors in Hong Kong with access to institutional-quality global real estate investment opportunities through an innovative and highly regulated investment platform.

Role Overview

The Investor Relations & Growth Manager is a front-office, client-facing role responsible for driving investor acquisition, capital raising, and long-term relationship management across RealVantage Hong Kong's private real estate investment platform.

Working closely with the Hong Kong leadership team, you will be instrumental in growing our professional investor network, raising capital for institutional-quality investment opportunities, and delivering an exceptional client experience throughout the investment lifecycle.

This is a highly commercial role suited to individuals who enjoy building relationships, developing new business opportunities, and helping investors access global private market investments. As one of the early members of the Hong Kong team, you will have the opportunity to shape the growth of the business and establish RealVantage as a leading alternative investment platform in Hong Kong.

Commercial Expectations

The successful candidate will proactively acquire new professional investors, deepen relationships with existing clients, and contribute directly to RealVantage Hong Kong's capital raising objectives.

Success will be measured by the ability to build a high-quality investor network, consistently raise capital across investment opportunities, generate referrals, and deliver an exceptional investor experience that encourages repeat investments and long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Investor Acquisition & Capital Raising

• Identify, engage, and onboard professional investors, high-net-worth individuals, family offices, external asset managers, and wealth intermediaries.
• Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, strategic partnerships, and direct client engagement.
• Manage the full investor journey from initial introduction through onboarding, investment execution, and ongoing relationship management.
• Conduct client meetings, investment presentations, and market discussions to understand investor objectives and recommend suitable investment opportunities.
• Achieve individual fundraising objectives by converting qualified prospects into active investors and capital commitments.

2. Investor Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors through regular engagement and proactive client servicing.
• Understand each client's investment objectives, portfolio allocation, and risk profile to identify suitable opportunities.
• Maintain regular communication through meetings, portfolio reviews, market updates, and investment briefings.
• Deliver a professional, responsive, and high-touch client experience throughout the investment lifecycle.
• Encourage repeat investments and referrals through exceptional relationship management.

3. Business Development & Market Expansion

• Expand RealVantage Hong Kong's investor ecosystem through strategic networking and relationship development.
• Develop relationships with family offices, private banks, wealth managers, licensed financial advisers, accountants, lawyers, and other professional intermediaries.
• Represent RealVantage at industry conferences, networking events, seminars, and investment forums.
• Build awareness of the RealVantage platform and strengthen its presence within Hong Kong's professional investment community.

4. Investor Education & Market Engagement

• Organise and host investor seminars, webinars, investment briefings, and market outlook sessions together with the Investment Team.
• Educate investors on private equity, private credit, and global real estate investment opportunities.
• Support the development of investor education materials and thought leadership initiatives in collaboration with the Marketing and Investment teams.

5. Client Onboarding & Investor Experience

• Work closely with Operations and Compliance to facilitate investor onboarding, KYC, AML, account opening, subscription documentation, and fund transfers.
• Ensure investors receive timely updates and professional support throughout the investment lifecycle.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client enquiries efficiently while maintaining a high standard of client service.
• Gather investor feedback and market intelligence to support continuous improvement of the investor experience.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Investment Team

• Support investment presentations, webinars, and deal briefings.
• Communicate investor feedback and market demand to support future product development and fundraising initiatives.

Marketing

• Collaborate on investor acquisition campaigns, educational content, thought leadership, and events.
• Provide market feedback to improve lead quality and conversion.

Operations & Compliance

• Coordinate investor onboarding, documentation, KYC/AML processes, subscriptions, and fund transfers.
• Ensure all client engagement activities comply with SFC regulations and internal compliance standards.

Singapore Headquarters

• Work closely with the Singapore Investor Team to leverage best practices, fundraising initiatives, and cross-border investment opportunities.
• Support regional collaboration and maintain consistency in the RealVantage investor experience across markets.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in financial advisory, private banking, wealth management, investor relations, capital raising, real estate advisory, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in relationship management, business development, and client acquisition.
• Experience working with professional investors, high-net-worth individuals, family offices, or sophisticated investors is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of private equity, private credit, real estate investments, or alternative investments would be advantageous.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage confidently with sophisticated investors.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Passed HKSI Paper 1 (or Papers 7 & 8) and currently hold, or are eligible to apply for, an SFC Type 1 Representative Licence.
