Job Responsibilities

• Provide digital marketing operations support across SEM, SEO, programmatic, and YouTube, including landing page SEO recommendations, tracking/UTM setup, campaign tagging, and partnering with paid channel teams to ensure creative and landing pages align with campaign objectives.
• Manage content and page delivery across WordPress and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), working effectively in both platform-based and custom-built environments.
• Lead day-to-day delivery of digital creative and campaign assets across websites, short-form video, and integrated campaigns—supporting end-to-end workflows from intake through production and release. Where relevant, evaluate AI tools in the market and run pilots to validate AI-generated assets before broader adoption.
• Build and maintain front-end interfaces and admin dashboards; manage Git/GitHub workflows and support microsite and campaign page delivery processes.
• Create and maintain marketing performance reports and dashboards (e.g., Power BI), partnering with analytics teams as needed to ensure consistent definitions and reliable reporting.
• Ensure AI tools and generated outputs comply with brand guidelines and internal policy requirements (e.g., appropriate data use, approvals, and access controls), and support basic monitoring and issue resolution to keep publishing workflows reliable.
• Coordinate with agencies and vendors for ad-hoc marketing collateral (e.g., product flyers, presentation decks), and provide day-to-day administrative support to the team and channel partners as needed.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing operations; marketing technology experience in asset management, banking, or financial services is a plus.
• Hands-on experience using AI-enabled content generation tools and integrating LLM outputs into marketing workflows and backend systems; familiarity with agent frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, Hermes Agent) is an advantage.
• Strong digital marketing operational knowledge, including SEM, SEO, programmatic campaigns, UTM tracking, and landing page optimisation.
• Proficiency in content management systems (WordPress, AEM) and version control tools (Git/GitHub).
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Google Analytics).
• Solid understanding of data governance, access control, and compliance requirements when using AI tools and marketing technology.
• Excellent written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, including strong Chinese computing skills.
• Detail‑oriented, independent team player with strong multitasking abilities and a proven track record of meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong computer skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; programming or scripting knowledge is an advantage.
