Design, evaluate, and allocate the division of tasks to the team (oneself, peer Consultants and Senior Consultants, and Associate Consultants) according to their know-how, experience, efficiency, ability, and workload.
Solution/Technical Design & related documentations.
Lead a small project team (2-3 ppls) by developing project plans, project task schedules, scheduling and preparing for workshops and requirement study, gathering documentation, and liaising with clients.
To be Project Manager to complete WBS, backlog, iteration plan.
Prepare the test case and test plan and drive the user acceptance test with clients
Coordinate with Sales team and conduct the solution demo to prospect.
Teamwork with other consulting, technical, customer-success, and sales roles in requirement analysis, solution design, and fulfilment during the project lifecycle.
Degree holder in Computer Science/Business Administration or related disciplines.
At least 5+ years working experience with business consulting, requirement analysis, and solution design.
Candidate with less experience or fresh graduates will be considered as Associate Consultant.
Experience in ERP implementation is preferable .
Knowledge on supply chain, finance / accounting is preferable.
Self-motivated and “Make-happen” attitude.
Strong team player and team leader.
Excellent analytical mind, critical thinking, and problem solving skills.
Good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
