About the Role

The role involves engaging with clients to understand their needs and implementing the D365 BC/FO application to enhance their business processes.

Responsibilities

• Client engagement: Conduct workshops, analyze business requirements, and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• System implementation: Configure, customize, and test the D365 BC/FO application to meet client needs.
• Training and support: Train end-users and provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Project collaboration: Work with project managers, developers, and other consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
• Pre-sales support: Assist with solution demos, effort estimations, and proposal preparation.

Qualifications

• Experience: A minimum of 1-5 years of experience in implementing D365 BC/FO, preferably in a consulting environment. Fresh Graduates/No ERP experience but with Industry Domain Knowledge are welcome.
• Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Required Skills

• Technical skills: Functional knowledge of the D365 Business Central application or any other ERP solution, with accounting, logistic, supply chain, and production knowledge. No ERP experience is welcome for this position.
• Soft skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Certifications: Preferably Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate (MB-800) certification.

Pay range and compensation package
