they are looking for a sharp, practical HR Business Partner to take full ownership of the HR function for the Hong Kong operations.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, this is an individual contributor role (supported by one administrative assistant). It’s an ideal fit for an all-rounder who enjoys working closely with business leadership, solving operational problems, and managing day-to-day HR tasks.

As the sole HR point of contact for the HK business, you will handle the full spectrum of HR tasks:

• Business Partnership: Work closely with the GM to understand business goals and provide practical talent solutions that support operations.
• End-to-End HR: Handle everything from hiring and employee relations to performance management and overseeing local compensation/benefits.
• Problem Solving: Address workplace issues, structural updates, and day-to-day employee queries independently.
• Corporate Liaison: Manage communications and alignment between the local Hong Kong office and the wider regional corporate structure.
• Support: Guide and assign tasks to your administrative assistant to keep the office running smoothly.

key requirements.

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8 to 15 years of well-rounded HR generalist or HRBP experience (we are open to your industry background).
• Solid, up-to-date knowledge of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance.
• A practical, problem-solving mindset with the confidence to advise senior management.
• Strong communication skills. Fluency in Cantonese and English is required; professional Mandarin is a definite advantage for regional communication.
