about the job.In this full-cycle recruitment role, you’ll partner directly with senior leadership to drive talent acquisition across diverse business units, with a strong focus on Mainland China (PRC) hiring. Agency recruiters looking to transition in-house (including TTPS/QMAS visa holders) are highly welcomed.

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the end-to-end talent acquisition process for diverse functions, ranging from operational staff to executive leadership.
• Strategic Business Partnering: Collaborate directly with department leaders and senior executives to assess staffing needs and align hiring with long-term business goals.
• Multi-Channel Sourcing: Proactively source candidates using direct headhunting, professional networks, social media, recruitment partners, and referral networks.
• Workforce Insights & Analytics: Track recruitment metrics to evaluate hiring performance, monitor talent supply trends, and refine talent acquisition strategies.
• Employer Branding: Actively drive initiatives to elevate the company's employer brand and candidate experience in the regional talent market.
• Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry salary benchmarks, regional labor laws, and hiring trends to advise internal stakeholders effectively

key requirements.

• Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment. Agency recruitment background is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience acquiring talent for the Mainland China (PRC) market is essential.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with senior management.
• Strong data sensitivity, multi-tasking abilities, and a proactive, target-driven mindset.
• Candidates in Hong Kong under the Top Talent Pass Scheme (TTPS) or Quality Migrant Admission Scheme (QMAS) with a PRC background are strongly encouraged to apply.
