• Provide a full spectrum of high-level administrative support to the Senior Executive.
• Manage expense.
• Manage the Senior Executive's correspondence and emails.
• Co-ordinate calendar and travel arrangements.
• Provide dedicated personal assistance relating to Management’s personal, lifestyle, and family matters.
• Maintain filing system ensuring the absolute confidentiality of all information.
• Perform simple translation work .

skills & experience required.

• Tertiary education background with formal secretarial training is highly preferred.
• Strong sense of responsibility, flexibility, and a highly detail-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Superb time management skills, highly organised, and capable of multi-tasking under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and adequate IT knowledge are essential.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Candidates who are immediately available will be given high priority.
