Associate / Senior Associate – Transfer Pricing – PwC Tax

A career in our Transfer Pricing team, within Tax services, you will focus on providing guidance and support to clients on transfer pricing matters. You will help businesses establish and maintain appropriate pricing for transactions between related entities, maintaining compliance with tax regulations and minimising the risk of disputes.

Job Description

As an Associate / Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this level include but are not limited to:

• Assist in devising solutions to complex transfer pricing issues for multinational corporations
• Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation in compliance with local and OECD guidelines
• Conduct benchmark and economic analyses to support transfer pricing policies
• Design and use spreadsheet models to measure and compare inter-company results
• Draft customized TP advice, TP audit responses, TP documentation, including value chain analyses

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax or a related discipline
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in transfer pricing or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong ethical standards and commitment to upholding the firm's code of ethics and business conduct
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
