Senior Logistics Business Manager (Contract Logistics)

We are looking for a dynamic leader with proven experience in managing end-to-end logistics solutions and execution, comprehensive knowledge of logistics operations, business development, marketing, and system implementation, and a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to corporate planning.

Responsibilities

• Assist to implement and manage logistics solutions, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
• Drive business development & marketing to expand client base, focusing on bonded warehouse & trucking services
• Analyze and interpret data to support decision-making, forecasting, and strategic planning related to logistics, bonded warehouse, and trucking activities.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in tracking business and financial performance, implementing strategies to optimize profitability and manage P&L responsibilities.
• Participate in corporate planning and contribute to strategic initiatives that drive business growth and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Ensure effective talent management and provide administrative support for logistics operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years in logistics / supply chain (large corporation), with 6+ years in management.
• Solid knowledge of warehousing, distribution, and bonded warehouse operations
• Proven experience in logistics marketing & business development
• Strong project management skills with successful track record
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
