Job Summary

The Logistics Officer is responsible for managing the daily inbound and outbound operations of the raw material warehouse. This role ensures accurate inventory control, timely material movement, and proper warehouse documentation to support production and operational requirements.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate and handle inbound and outbound raw material activities.
• 負責原材料倉庫的收貨及發貨工作。
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials according to company procedures.
• 接收、檢查及記錄來料，確保數量及品質符合要求。
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS/ERP).
• 在 ERP/WMS 系統中準確記錄及更新庫存資料。
• Handle shipping documentation, customs declarations, and import/export operations
• 處理運輸文件、海關申報及進出口相關工作。
• Conduct regular stock counts and inventory reconciliation. Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or shortages.
• 定期進行庫存盤點及差異核對。 監控庫存水平，及時反映庫存異常或短缺情況。
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and housekeeping of warehouse materials.
• 確保物料妥善存放、標籤清晰及倉庫整潔有序。
• Prepare and maintain warehouse-related documents and reports.
• 準備及維護相關物流及倉庫文件和報表。
• Work closely with Purchasing and Production teams to support operational needs.
• 與採購、生產及品質部門保持緊密合作，確保物料供應順暢。

Who we’re looking for

• High school diploma/ Higher Diploma holder or equivalent; further education is a plus.
• 有高中學歷/高級文憑或同等學歷；具更高學歷者更佳
• 2-3 years of experience of relevant working experience preferred, preferably from pharmaceutical and food manufacturing backgrounds operatubg under GMP requirements
• 2-3 年倉庫、物流或庫存管理相關工作經驗，優先考慮具製藥業、食品製造業或其他 GMP 環境倉庫管理經驗人士
• Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.
• 熟悉倉庫運作及庫存管理流程。
• Familiar with ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• 熟悉 ERP/WMS 系統及 Microsoft Office 辦公軟件。
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• 具良好的組織能力及溝通技巧。
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• 能在快節奏環境中獨立工作及有團隊合作精神
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• 良好的中英文書寫及口語能力，包括普通話
• Immediately available is highly preferred
