An organisation in Hong Kong seeks a Regional Finance Manager to oversee reporting, consolidation, and compliance while supporting senior leadership insights.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee regional month-end and year-end closing processes across multiple entities
• Prepare and review consolidated financial reports, management reports, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and statutory requirements across the region
• Coordinate with local finance teams, auditors, and external advisors on reporting and audit matters
• Support regional finance projects, process improvements, and system enhancements
• Provide financial insights and support to management on regional performance

Candidate profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Big 4 audit experience is a must
• Strong regional finance, reporting, or controllership exposure
• Experience working across multiple markets or entities is preferred
• Solid knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders across different locations
