Operations Executive (Food Court Management)

主要職責

1. 監督及處理美食廣場的日常運作，確保營運、食物及顧客服務品質符合公司指標

2. 與場內租戶保持良好關係，擔當合作伙伴的角色，提供營運策略分析意見，監察及跟進租戶於營運管理上達至公司要求

3. 處理客戶和租戶的查詢或投訴

4. 與物業管理及保潔公司良好溝通，協調場內工作

5. 營運資料分析

6. 協助推行市場推廣活動

工作地點

大角咀 (奧海城)

工作時間

每週工作6天，輪班輪休

每天工作9小時 (包1小時有薪用膳時間)

入職要求

• 文憑或以上程度，具有相關餐飲經驗者優先
• 歡迎應屆畢業生，具1年或以上餐飲店舖或相關管理經驗者可考慮為高級營運主任
• 願意接受挑戰，能獨立地完成工作任務
• 對餐飲服務業有熱誠、衝勁
• 良好溝通技巧，良好服務態度
• 良好粵語, 一般書寫能力
• 良好電腦操作技巧為佳
