Founded in 1961, Yves Saint Laurent was the first couture house to introduce the concept of luxury prêt-à-porter in a 1966 collection called ‘Rive Gauche’, synonymous with youth and freedom. This shift represented a first critical step in the modernization of fashion and revolutionized the socio-cultural landscape.

In 1999, the luxury goods division of the Kering Group acquired Yves Saint Laurent and, under the creative direction of Anthony Vaccarello since April 2016, continues to position the house at the summit of the luxury universe.

Today, Saint Laurent collections include women’s and men’s ready-to-wear, shoes, handbags, small leather goods, jewelry, scarves, ties and eyewear.

Job Description

ROLE

This position is based in the Saint Laurent Hong Kong office, directly reporting to Retail Operations & Performance Manager on store operations and aftersales activities across Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.

MISSION

Store Operations

• Collaborate with various office departments to ensure a smooth operation of all Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan stores
• Manage store supplies ordering, packaging inventory, business license renewals, and operational procurement activities
• Manage uniform seasonal order planning and distribution
• Monitor vendor invoices, payment status, service contracts, and quotations to ensure compliance and cost efficiency
• Provide accurate sales performance information, compile regular sales reports and analysis to retail team when needed
• Support store opening, renovation, relocation, inventory counts, and special sales events
• Maintain and update store operational guidelines, SOPs, and communication materials.
• Act as a key liaison between stores and office functions to resolve day-to-day operational issues
• Ensure operational compliance with company policies, procedures, and retail standards
• Support the rollout of new retail initiatives, digital tools, operational processes, and corporate projects
• Coordinate with headquarters and local stakeholders on project implementation and follow-up
• Assist with testing, implementation, and communication of system enhancements and operational changes

Aftersales and Client Service

• Closely work with repair center & headquarter aftersales team, monitor store activities in aftersales system to ensure all cases are settled within designated lead-time
• Fully responsible for all aftersales cases on all defective claims / credit note issuing, proactively report & follow up with headquarter aftersales team on new quality issues or blocking points on repair center operations
• Coordinate with customer service call center & store team on all customer enquiries and complaints, to ensure all cases are timely resolved to client’s satisfactions while aligning with company guideline
• Execute customer care initiatives and new projects rollout in local market to provide excellent aftersales journey to all Saint Laurent clients
• Monitor aftersales KPIs and provide regular reporting and analysis to management

PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 year or above relevant experience in retail industry
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, strong analytical skill
• Independent, willing to learn, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in PC skills, including MS Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese typing
