Retail Banking -Teller/ Counter Service Officer

Our Client, a well-established bank in Hong Kong, is now looking for suitable candidates to fit their post of Teller/ C o unter Service Officer in their retail banking sector .

Responsibilities

Handling counters transactions including cashing checks, accepting deposits and withdrawals, processing loan payments and money transfers

Promote and advise banking products and services to customers

Answering customers’ enquiries with high quality servicing

Manage ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements

HKCEE, HKDSE or above, Fresh Graduates are also considered

One year or above working experience in bank or customer service position is an advantage

Detail-oriented and good communication skills

Welling to work under pressure and meet expectations

Good command in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
