Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers using self-service facilities of our branches;
• Guide and provide support to customers through the use of our self-service technologies, including ATMs, Cheque deposit machine, and other digital platforms, i.e., e-banking APP, Wechat, etc;
• Ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our customers while promoting the use of digital services;
• Provide information about the bank’s products and services;
• Assist with crowd and traffic management to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of customers.

Job Requirements

• Pleasant character with customer-oriented attitude;
• Basic knowledge of banking product and service;
• Able to handle customer inquiries in automated banking facilities;
• Proficiency in spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua;
• College student with no banking experience are welcomed for part time position.
