Leasing Assistant / Leasing Officer (Residential Leasing)

We are looking for talented people to be part of our dynamic team!

The successful candidate will assist leasing teams in daily operations, provide administrative support, prepare tenancy documentation and handle incoming telephone calls and general enquiries.

• Bachelor’s degree holder (Diploma with certain work experience will also be considered)
• 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in PC applications, with good typing and filing skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail in document handling
• Hard-working, proactive, and willing to learn
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Leasing Officer
