Job Overview

Reporting to Manager – Leasing, you will be responsible for handling daily leasing & tenancy administration work for Central Market retail portfolio.

Responsibilities

Handle daily leasing activities including new lettings, renewal, direct marketing, market research and tenancy administration work

Prepare vacancy list, leasing proposals, offer to lease, licence agreement, Tenancy Agreement and other related documentation

Negotiate with existing tenants for renewal

Prepare regular reports, manage files, coordinate premises takeover and handover, fitting-out, renovation management and handle complaints

Liaise with direct clients and real estate agents for inspection and to handle and follow up with enquiries

To source new clients continuously through conducting cold calls, business development outreach, and networking activities in order to introduce new concepts and brands to the project.

Requirements

Degree holder in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related disciplines

1-2 years working experience in property leasing

Familiar with leasing management software or system is an advantage

Good communication skill with passion at work. Proactive and customer oriented

Good PC skills e.g. MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Good command of both spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin
