Summary of Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The Legal Secretary provides top-quality secretarial and administrative support to partners and other legal professionals; performs receptionist duties as required; and assists with any ad hoc secretarial and administrative assignments.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or degree holder.
• One to two years of legal secretarial experience required, preferably in an international law firm.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• A team player capable of building good working relationships.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (both verbal and written).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
