• Track and compile lawyers' billable hours and manage monthly timesheet submissions accurately.
• Prepare, issue, and follow up on client invoices, fee notes, and basic financial documentation.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management, scheduling client meetings, and handling correspondence.
• Maintain and organise physical and digital legal files, case documents, and database systems.
• Handle incoming calls, greet corporate clients, and manage general office supplies and logistics.

skills & experience required.

• Minimum 2 years of corporate secretarial, administrative; prior experience in a law firm or professional services is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English is essential for drafting client correspondence and billing descriptions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for basic mathematical invoicing calculations.
• Strong organisational skills, high attention to detail, and a highly reliable, committed work ethic.
• Immediate availability or a short notice period is highly advantageous.
