Registered Nurse (Floor-in-charge)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor professional nursing care and personal care services
• Coordinate staff engagement matter and provide regular supervision to nurses and frontline care partners.
• Coordinate with inter-disciplinary team members, and ensure the best service quality on the spiritual end-of-life care model.
• Coordinate and implement staff training programmes and service development, complying with our Vision, Mission and Core Value.
• Mainly serve in regular working hours, but required to support clinical care when necessary.

Requirements

• A recognized bachelor degree in Nursing or relevant health care study with valid certificate of registration is preferable, and Practicing Certificate of Registered Nurse issued by Nursing Council of Hong Kong;
• Serve as a change agent with strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, as well as Christian faith and passion to serve the seniors;
• Experience in palliative care/ end-of-life care would be an advantage;
• Minimum 5-year post-graduation working experience in relevant service is preferable.
