As an Incredible Interior Designer in Interspace, you will work and learn with our experienced Directors to prepare presentation packages and attend presentations for our workplace design pitches, recommend design references and materials, and develop plans and drawings for our ongoing projects.
Because we are a Design & Build company, you will learn much more than just "pretty drawings"—you will see how your designs actually get built.
Design & Pitch: Prepare presentation packages and attend design pitches for new office projects.
Technical Excellence: Develop detailed plans and technical drawings for ongoing projects.
D&B Exposure: Gain unique skills in construction management and technical shop drawings that typical design firms don't offer.
Career Growth: We offer a clear path to Senior Interior Designer based on your performance and contribution.
Experience & Levels
We have clear requirements for each level. Workplace (Office) design experience is required for the ID and Senior levels.
Assistant Interior Designer: Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design.
Interior Designer: Minimum 5 years of experience, with a focus on Workplace projects .
Senior Interior Designer: Minimum 7 years of experience, with proven success in Workplace projects .
The Package
Salary: * Assistant ID: Up to HK$26,000 per month.
Interior Designer: Up to HK$34,000 per month.
Senior ID: Negotiable based on experience and leadership skills .
Rewards: Performance-based bonus (Company + Individual) and a special "work-anniversary" incentive.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (with flexibility for deadlines/site visits as needed).
Leave: 12 Days Annual Leave + Public Holidays.
Education: Degree in Interior Design or Architecture preferred.
Language: Confident English is a must (international clients). Cantonese/Mandarin is a strong plus (site coordination).
Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Enscape . Experience with the Affinity suite is helpful (training provided).
Mindset: You are highly organized, creative, and take full ownership of your tasks.
