Guest Relations Officer (Full-time / Part-time)

Job Specification

• Using the clinic management system to record data and manage appointments for patients
• Liaising with medical staff and outside providers
• Arranging direct billing for patients with insurance companies
• Payment processing
• Daily reconciliation

Job Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to provide highest standards of customer service
• Good command in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
