What are you supposed to do for us?

• Greetings to lounge guests when they enter the lounge, and bid farewell to guests when they leave
• Answer enquiry to lounge guests and our airline partners
• For VIPs and CIPs, coordinate with check-in counter, arrival gate (for transit flights) and lounge operating vendor (Sodexo) to provide a smooth entry from the lounge entrance and walk them to the available seats in the lounge
• Coordinate with departure gate to facilitate boarding for VIPs and CIPs where relevant
• Conduct boarding announcements and flight services related announcements
• Coordinate with departure gate about missing passenger's details
• Coordinate with Sodexo's cleaners and manage the queue system for shower rooms
• Provide one-stop service for passengers in the lounge, by handling flight related and mileage queries (such as flight changes, last minute upgrading, seat changes or boarding gate etc.). This requires close coordination with check-in counter who controls the flight

What prerequisites must be met for us to like you?

• Preferably relevant work experience in hotel/airline lounge management
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
