Job Duties

• Assist the Front Office Manager to supervise daily operations of the Front Desk;
• Coordinate with all departments especially in non-office hours to ensure smooth operation of the Hotel;
• Response to guest comments and complaints to maintain Hotel service standards;
• Handle emergency cases in accordance with hotel policies and procedures;
• Work closely with Reservation on daily basis to maxmize room occupancy & enhance room rate.

Job Requirements

• Degree or diploma holder in Hospitality Management with 5 years or above hotel front office operation experience;
• Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good knowledge of market intelligence and developing on day business;
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
