Receptionist & Administrative Officer (Fresh Graduates Welcome) (5.5 days)

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office, direct visitors to the key person and office
• Answer and screen phone calls, provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
• Maintain office tidy and presentable
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries, order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
• Update calendars and schedule meetings
• Arrange travel and accommodations, keep updates records of office expenses and costs
• Perform other clerical receptionist or administrative duties per request

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree holder or above, overseas study experience is a plus.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English
• Customer service aptitude, polite, reliable, well-organised, punctual
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with professional manner
• Proficient user of office programs such as MS suite and Google Workspace
• Fresh graduates and IANG are welcome, proven work experience as a receptionist/front office admin is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
