Job Description

Carry out pre and post contract Quantity Surveying services which includes but not limited to the following duties:

To gain a deep understanding of Client’s stakeholders and anticipate their needs.

To set up cost management process and ensure implementation among team.

To attend key Client’s team meeting and provide strategic guidance on commercial matters and procurement.

To set up and implement a value engineering culture and spot opportunities for cost savings when possible.

To provide commercial reports to Client and steering committee

To set up and implement change management.

To ensure deliverables are up to standards and records of projects are correctly stored/saved.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent.

2-10 years’ Quantity Surveying experience.

Candidates with previous experience in private projects (fit out/Renovation/A&A)

Excellent communication skill.

Proficient in English languages both written and verbal.

Proficient in MS Office applications.
