崗位內容負責工程項目之物料計算與清單編製，確保數據準確並符合施工需求進行項目成本估算與預算編制，提供具參考價值之造價分析報告跟進施工過程中之成本控制，監控實際支出與預算之差異並提出改善建議協調工程團隊評估後續加改工程之人工及材料成本，合理規劃資源配置參與招標過程，協助審核分包商及供應商報價，確保性價比最優工作要求具備土木工程、建築或相關學科專上教育背景，持有測量師專業資格者優先熟悉建築或工程項目之物料規格與市場價格，具備扎實之計量與估價能力能熟練運用AutoCAD、Excel及成本估算軟件（如WinEst、Quantity Take-off等）進行作業具備良好溝通能力，能與項目經理、工程師及承包商有效協作有3年以上相關工作經驗，曾參與中大型建築或基建項目者更佳
