Senior Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in preparing tender submissions, and ensuring accurate cost planning for major construction projects. If you have a proven track record in tendering, are familiar with NEC contracts, and possess strong analytical and negotiation skills, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive tender submissions for construction projects, including cost estimates, risk assessments, and bid strategies.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to obtain quotations and evaluate bids.

Maintain and update cost databases, benchmarking data, and subcontractor prequalification records.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction estimating, with a strong focus on tendering and contract management. Less experienced candidates might be considered as Estimator.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, good command of both English and Chinese.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
