Job Description

• Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objective in Hong Kong market.
• Managing and mentoring distributor partner and key accounts to ensure optimal performance.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Analysing market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitoring sales performance and preparing regular reports for senior management.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor degree in Business or related subject.
• A strong background in sales and marketing within the FMCG industry.
