(A&A and Fit-Out) - Project Manager

Yee Fung Construction Engineering Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal to ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects, from planning through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve timely and cost-effective delivery
• Coordinate and supervise project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Provide on-site supervision and enforce quality control standards during construction
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve issues and queries
• Implement health and safety measures to maintain a safe working environment
• Prepare project progress reports and other required documentation

Requirements

Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field

At least 5 years working experience in project management, experience in large-scale interior fitting out or A&A project would be an advantage

Proven track record in project management, cost estimation, and site supervision

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications

Familiar with relevant construction regulations, codes, and safety standards
