Project Manager (Fitting-out Commercial Project) (30K -50K) (Ref:017)

Our Client is a sizable fitting-out contractor and mainly provide Construction Engineering Service in Hong Kong. Now they are expanding and would like to recruit suitable candidate to fill up the following post.

Responsibilities

• Project Type: Shopping Mall / Commercial Project
• To ensure all construction activities comply with contractual and statutory requirement
• To monitor overall financial, commercial, contractual and technical matters for current projects.
• To control and supervise overall site activities and liaise with client's representatives and subcontractors

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Building studies or related discipline.
• At least 5 years experience in fitting-out project management
• Stable and responsible personality would be highly regarded;
• Self-motivated, independent, responsible and hardworking.
• Proficient in Auto
