Responsibilities

• Design and produce compelling visual content for printed mediums.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and event teams to develop innovative design solutions tailored to client needs.
• Create and format layouts for print and digital publications, including books, magazines, brochures, and newsletters.
• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh and creative ideas for campaigns and projects.
• Conduct research to stay updated on design trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
• Prepare and present design drafts for internal review and client approval, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Utilize AI tools and technologies to generate innovative imagery and enhance the design process.
• Experiment with AI-generated visuals to complement traditional design methods, exploring new possibilities in visual storytelling.
• Liaise with external vendors (e.g. printers) to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Assist in creating presentation materials for client pitches and internal meetings.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in the publishing industry, print advertising, production houses or related field.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Proficiency in Cantonese and English (written and spoken); Mandarin is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related discipline.
• A strong portfolio showcasing of design work (Especially for publishing and brochures design)
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
