Designer/Senior Designer

DESIGNER / SENIOR DESIGNER

A fast-growing toys manufacturer with a strong multinational customer base is seeking a passionate and creative Designer / Senior Designer to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to grow their career in the dynamic toy industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist the design team in graphic design, packaging design, and product presentation using Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools.
• Prepare mock-ups and prototypes for packaging and product samples.
• Provide design support to the Marketing and Sales teams, including social media visuals, catalogues, and promotional materials.
• Create and edit short videos, animations, and digital content to support product launches and marketing campaigns.
• Occasional travel to China and outdoor duties may be required.

Requirements

• Passionate about the toys industry and design.
• Responsible, hardworking, self-motivated, and eager to learn new skills.
• Able to work under pressure and willing to work overtime when needed.
• Form 6 or above; formal design education background is preferred.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Basic photographic skills and knowledge.
• Good knowledge of AI tools for research, idea generation, image creation, and design enhancement.
• Experience with additional design software is a big plus (e.g. Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Figma, etc.).
• Strong sense of current worldwide design trends, pop culture, social media aesthetics, and the children’s toy market.
• Immediate availability preferred.
