Position Overview

The Danish Brewery Group is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead our North East region operations. This role is responsible for driving growth, managing distributor relationships, and guiding agency personnel to ensure flawless execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the beverage industry, proven leadership skills, and deep knowledge of the ethnic community market dynamics.

Additionally, the candidate must possess high-level negotiation experience with distributors and retailers within the off-premise segment, ensuring strong partnerships and market penetration.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve volume and revenue targets.
• Train, guide, and oversee agency personnel, ensuring they execute programs and initiatives aligned with company goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key retailers, negotiating programs and agreements to maximize market share.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and trade teams to implement promotional activities and incentives.
• Work closely with marketing agencies to execute campaigns and drive brand visibility.
• Lead accurate forecasting and planning to ensure supply chain and inventory alignment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in the beverage industry, with a focus on distributor management.
• Proven experience creating and delivering professional presentations in a corporate environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including:

ü Designing visually compelling and brand-aligned slide decks

ü Ability to synthesize large amounts of information into concise, impactful storytelling.

ü Using animations, transitions, and multimedia effectively

ü Transforming complex data into clear, engaging visuals (charts, infographics, storytelling)

ü Demonstrated strong presentation and public speaking skills, with the ability to confidently present to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

ü Experience tailoring presentations for different audiences, including executives, clients, and internal stakeholders.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail and message clarity.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proven track record in negotiating with distributors and retailers in the off-premise segment.
• Strong leadership and ability to train and manage agency teams.
• Knowledge of ethnic community markets and consumer behavior.
• Experience in forecasting and working with marketing agencies.
• Must reside in the New York City area.
• Must speak Spanish
