• Job Title: Junior Recruitment Consultant
• Salary: $55,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE $75,000 to $85,000 in Year 1)
• Location: Midtown Manhattan, NYC (On-site for the first 8 weeks, then 4 days in-office / 1 day WFH)
• Start Date: 24th August 2026

We're partnering with a globally recognised recruitment business with an established presence across the US, Europe, and Asia. Known for developing high-performing consultants, they offer structured training, ongoing mentorship, and a clear pathway for progression.

As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you'll develop commercial, sales, and relationship-building skills while working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment where performance is recognised and rewarded.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build relationships with candidates and clients within a specialist market
• Source, interview, and manage high-quality candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Support clients with hiring strategies and market insights
• Develop expertise within a niche, high-growth industry
• Work towards personal performance and revenue targets while receiving ongoing coaching and support
